Stocktake Batch - File - Print Stock Sheets

Use this option to print stocktake count sheets for recording the stocktake quantities during the physical stocktake count. Micronet saves the stocktake batch without posting it.

1. Display the Stocktake Batch screen for the required stocktake batch.

Refer to "Creating a New Stocktake Batch" or "Recalling a Stocktake Batch".

2. Select FILE | PRINT STOCK SHEETS.

Micronet displays the Select Report screen with a list of report layout options created in the Report Generator.

3. Select a format for the stocktake count sheets then select Ok.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

4. Select whether you want the sheets displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.

Micronet prints the stocktake count sheets in the selected layout.
